Pie, Three Ways

Beautiful human and brilliant writer friend Leon, Food editor at Entropy, asked me if I’d like to contribute a little something to the magazine, so of course I said yes. And, of course I wrote about pie. It’s a little sentimental, but that’s what happens when you’ve got flour on your hands and the smell of butter and sugar clouding up the kitchen. Thank you Leon!
